Shipping is complimentary worldwide. Within the US, orders are shipped via insured FedEx 2 day service and must be signed for upon delivery. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are processed in full upon check out at www.jamiewolf.com. We do not save credit card information.
Sales Tax
New York state sales tax (8.75%) is applicable to orders shipping within the state of New York.

We custom make every piece purchased. For this reason, all sales are FINAL. We are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges.

If we determine that we can accept your repair we will email you, the client, an RA number and shipping information. A repair estimate will be provided either prior to or upon receipt of your item, depending on the nature of the repair. We are not responsible for your item until it is in our possession. Repairs typically take 4-6 weeks.
